When it comes to expressing personality through choices, few things speak as loudly as the wine you enjoy. In a world often driven by pretentious high-end labels, a new brand called "Redneck Wines" has emerged, showcasing the essence of home and rustic charm. Recently, I had the exciting opportunity to help style a product shoot for Redneck Wines, capturing the spirit of country living.
Let me tell you, it was a breath of fresh air. Forget the crystal flutes and vineyard vistas; we were aiming for something real, something you could picture sharing on a porch swing or around a bonfire. It was about capturing the unpretentious joy of good company and a good drink, the very heart of what Redneck Wines embodies.

Entering the World of
Redneck Wines
Redneck Wines is more than just a name; it’s a celebration of authentic flavors that resonate with rural roots. The founding team identified a gap in the wine market for those with country ties who prefer straightforward flavors without pretense. Their philosophy is easy: make wine approachable, enjoyable, and fun—perfect for backyard barbecues or unwinding
after a long day.
The aim is to embody the spirit of the South while welcoming everyone to enjoy wine. With unique blends such as their Sweet Red and Chardonnay, along with fun and colorful labels, Redneck Wines is designed to stand out. They also focus on supporting local farmers, contributing to the agricultural landscape as they grow. For example, they plan to use 30% of their profits to boost local farming initiatives.

The Style of the Shoot
What truly elevated this campaign was the genuine connection we forged with the people. Instead of contrived poses, we aimed for a natural, laid-back feel – the kind of easygoing moments you'd actually see folks enjoying themselves. We wanted to show people using Redneck Wines in the real ways they kick back and have a good time, making it easy for anyone to picture themselves doing the same.
It wasn't about crafting an aspirational image; it was about reflecting the real, unvarnished enjoyment that comes with cracking open a bottle of Redneck Wines with good company.
We wanted people to see themselves in those moments – no pretense, just good times.

Behind The Brand
The founder of Redneck Wines isn’t new to this game. He’s been in the wine industry for years, owning vineyards in California and knowing how to build brands from the ground up. He shared stories about the time, effort, and care it’s taken to not only bring this idea to life — but also to build beyond business. They’ve spent years quietly pouring into nonprofits and community work, and he said something that stuck with me:
“Doing good doesn’t always benefit you right away — but it always builds the right foundation for growth.” I love working with entrepreneurs like that. Ones who care about the bigger picture. Who know that good branding is about more than just sales, it’s about connection, honesty, and showing up with purpose. This wasn’t just a content shoot. It was about capturing a movement. Redneck Wines isn’t here for swirls and sommelier notes. It’s here to be the most unapologetic bottle on the shelf.
Some facts for the curious:
Redneck Wines clocks in at up to 18% ABV, which is way higher than most wines.
It’s the first brand of its kind to combine this kind of kick with packaging that feels more beer aisle than vineyard.
And yep — it’s already getting talked about in niche beverage forums and on social for flipping the wine game upside down.
If you’re into bold brands built by good people, this is one to keep your eye on. And if you’re sipping it? Just maybe… don’t plan anything early the next morning.
